To Our Valued Customers:

BMW Northwest is taking preventative actions to help protect our staff and valued consumers against the COVID-19 Virus.  We are keeping a close eye on the situation and making sure you are fully informed on the measures we are taking to create a safe and clean environment. There is extra scheduled cleaning routines during business hours to thoroughly disinfect all surfaces, doorknobs, access handles, light switches and general contact areas.  Due to the current situation, we have also directed our janitorial partners to pay close attention to all areas and to take extra care.  

We have added at-home services for your convenience that include:

  • Mobile Service / Concierge Service to maintain the health of your vehicle without coming to the dealership 
  • Flexible and transparent transaction of new or used vehicle purchases from the comfort of your own home
  • Scheduled at-home test drives
  • FREE Pick-up and delivery for service, where available
