New 2020 BMW M8 for Sale in Tacoma, Washington

Although the all-new BMW M8 has only been with us for a very short while, it's already got to be close to the top of the list of cars that people would buy if they won the lottery. BMW fans were delighted that the German automaker finally brought back the much-missed 8 Series last year, but the M8 takes the 8 Series to another level entirely. The exterior styling of the car in both convertible and hardtop versions is enough to get your heart pounding, but the way this car looks is only the beginning of a story that has to be a new blueprint in how to build the ultimate grand tourer. 2020 M8 engine and performance

Refined and Breathtaking at the Same Time

Although the 840i and the M8 are different versions of the same vehicle, if you were to ride in both while wearing a blindfold you could be forgiven for thinking they are entirely different cars. Despite its not inconsiderable size, the M8 feels and drives like a car half its size. Under the hood is a 4.4-liter V-8 turbo which is a unit BMW uses quite a bit in its performance cars, but in this case, this engine comes into its own with 600 horsepower and 553 lb.-ft. of torque that propels the M8 from 0-60 mph in just 3.1 seconds. If that's not enough for you, the M8 Competition variant ups the ante to 617 horsepower and gets the 0-60 mph time down to three seconds flat. The top speed is usually 155 mph, but with the optional M Driver's Package, the top speed then goes to an unrestricted 189 mph. The M8 features BMW's xDrive all-wheel-drive system and the power reaches the wheels through an eight-speed M STEPTRONIC automatic transmission that has steering-wheel-mounted paddle shifters and Launch Control.
2020 BMW M8 Exterior Styling

A Real Head-Turner

If you take the blueprint for a modern muscle car and then pass that on to Bavarian engineers and give them a free rein to improve upon it, you then get the 2020 BMW M8. As mentioned previously, it's not a small car by any means, but that doesn't matter as the exterior is quite something to behold. The M8 is long, low and full of purpose and intent, and it's available in both two-door coupe and convertible body styles. The coupe probably has the edge over the convertible for looks when the roof is up but put the roof down on the convertible and it takes on an entirely different personality that many will find irresistible. Either way, this is one seriously beautiful and utterly stunning car.

2020 BMW X3's FeaturesA Car That Wants for Nothing

If you think the M8 will be all about horsepower and stripping the car of weighty features to aid performance then think again. This is as much a luxury grand tourer with every comfort as it is a staggering performance car. The exterior is adorned with 20-inch M double-spoke bi-color wheels wrapped in performance non-run-flat tires, an M rear spoiler and M carbon roof, twin exhaust tailpipes and signature M gills. On the inside, you'll find Extended Merino Leather upholstery, an instrument panel with Nappa Leather finish, an Anthracite Alcantara headliner and carbon-fiber interior trim. When it comes to standard equipment, it would take even longer to find something the 2020 BMW hasn't got than it would to list what it does have, and that's really saying something. There are doors with soft-close automatic operation, 16-way power front M sport seats, heated and ventilated front seats, connectivity and infotainment systems that set the standard in the current auto industry, and plenty more besides.
